I do on purpose. I try to eat only when hungry and reduce meal portion as well. I’m healthy, now we are all inside and I am only going walking I don’t build up much of an appetite like I did when I went to the gym so I see no reason to eat more food.

Always. I only really have brunch, later afternoon snack, dinner and some fruit later on at night.
I can’t eat when I first wake up, it makes me feel sick so I never have breakfast.

I just eat when im hungry which is usually once or twice a day, sometimes i skip a day, but would drink milk throughout, im a healthy weight and never deprive myself of anything. I dont buy into the traditional meal times.

No. But I did when I was younger to lose weight. And maintain my ideal weight. It wasn’t healthy.

No I'm lucky to have food, but there are many who would have to skip meals and not by choice

Yes. Sometimes it’s because I’m not hungry or other times because I forget but there was a time a few years back when I wouldn’t have anything but a little for dinner so I could feed my children.

Yes only eat when hungry some days I could eat twice a day other days once a day but never eat junk food just healthy food I've never been a big eater
