We have a date night once a week. We go out for a nice meal (of course now it's a little different) and we talk about us. Not the kids, not the dog, not the bills. Just us ❤

 Who looks after your children?

^ This is my post. No babysitter. My kids are old enough to stay home alone.

Yes. Every night we put the kids to bed at 8, I'll wash the dishes then sit down and read or crochet and he'll jump on the game with his mates, then at around 9.30/10pm we will go for a shower together which usually lasts about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes because that's when we talk to each other about our day, I'll wash his back and he'll wash my hair then we go to bed, chuck something on netflix/stan and cuddle/have sex/go to sleep. We have basically no time to ourselves to make actual date nights due to being a mixed family and other parents not being involved so this works perfectly for us

Making it work! AND I absolutely love what you guys do together xx

No. The couple of hours after our kids go to bed sometimes we'll do something together, other times we'll do our own thing.

Yes. We work weekends so Friday is our day. The kids are at school so we have the day to ourselves to go out for lunch or whatever we want to do

We fit it in when we can ....if you know what I mean

We try but it can be difficult sometimes between our kids and work.

Yes absolutely. We have a blended family too so we really try to make the time every couple of weeks to reconnect.
