Health check up, what should I request?

Hi everyone, two years ago I had a baby but my doctor didn't give me the papsmear even though it was requested by the midwife..I think it was an oversight as I was due. When going in for this, is there anything else I should request? I haven't had a women's checkup before, and I'm 34. Getting overweight and just want to get myself checked on. Thanks for any advice.

Pap with an sti screen if applicable, breast check, full bloods, blood pressure, discuss an appropriate exercise and nutrition plan for moving forward

Get a full blood picture, blood pressure if your comfortable with them doing a breast exam. Bring up any concerns you have even you weight if you would like. Even bad sleeping or snoring

Full blood count, thyroid, Pap smear, weight. Pretty much it I think

Blood pressure, could ask for cholestrol if there is a family history of diabetes ask for this
