I’m doing the ‘spend ** every week for 4 weeks and receive **’ I forgot my flybuys card on the day I went shopping but kept my receipt and went back to Coles so they could add my flybuys card. Today I don’t see the promotion activated, have I missed out on the points?

I've been doing this for the last year & annoyingly only just realised if we shop online we can't get money off. Why the fuck not? I never go in to the store, we only shop online. What difference does it make? Might just blow it all on wine that gets delivered.

You need to talk to flybuys direct. Coles are not actually responsible for anything except scanning the card

Call them, be very nice. If you're quick they will sometimes add it retrospectively if you can prove it.
