I substituted processed sugar for fruit. Fruit still has sugar and you will find initially that you will be eating a lot of it. Over a week or so you will crave fruit less as the natural sugar in fruit is not as addictive as processed sugar. After about 2-3 weeks you might only feel like eating 1 or 2 pieces of fruit a week but I guarantee you will not be addicted to processed sugar. Also quit wine as this has sugar in it.

FB group is called ‘keto for beginners’
I fast most days until 11am except for having 2 black coffees, then I have lunch which is probably 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado & some bacon. Dinner is a protein & veggies. If I snack I have almonds but everything is weighed & tracked

I just stopped having it. I just said no more sugar. I am by no means strong willed but I decided I wasn't going to have it. I found day 3-5 the hardest but get through that and it gets easier. Its never a long term thing for me so I do it every now and then to keep myself under control because I have a sweet tooth
