I get so mad when my partner goes out socializing. Im not jealous or anything, but it makes me so mad and I dunno why! I know it's stupid, but I can't help it! Anyone else get this? Any tips to help me?

I get mad because we live apart and he often doesn’t tell me when he has plans. His ex had huge trust issues so he’s in the habit of not telling me stuff like that assuming I’ll be up all night wondering what he is doing

Is it related to fairness? Does he go out socialising significantly more than you? Some people have a very strong sense of fairness and it can really upset them if something feels unfair - even though they don't wish to be bothered by it.
