Genital pimples

So I've been having these tiny little "pimples" down there on my labia.
I went to the docs as my first thought was herpes (they don't hurt but they do give me a feeling). Swabs were done and it's not herpes she has said it's genital pimples. Has anyone had this before? She said just leave it and they will go away.

Thankyou! I actually just started using a vag soap. Vagisil or whatever it is so I'll stop and see what happens. I was given a round of medication to treat herpes in case that's what it was while I waited for the results but all that did was give me thrush. But id rather thrush 😂

Got them when I was younger, I think it was stress, bad diet.

I have but it’s from certain types of soaps. Might be worth a look at.

Has one years ago. It was there for months. It went away after I eventually popped it
