If by wrapped up and ready to go you mean completely disorganised and unsure if the fat man will even have time to eat his cookies - yes, it’s wrapped up and ready to go.

Pretty much yep. Have done all the family presents pretty much. Just need to get some more Santa presents but I’m going to get a few small things from Kmart last minute as I don’t want the kids discovering them (have no hiding spots!)
Haven’t done food but I’m planning to keep it simple so will figure it out and buy a couple of items next week for the meal. Otherwise I’m not stressed this year
