Mentally struggling

I’m feeling really down at the moment. Barely any money, family issues, work issues. I’m just a bit over it all really. Not sure how to pick myself up.

Trust me on this babe. Don’t over think it either, just do it.

Start exercising (more, if you already do). Just an added 20 minutes per day.

Meditate for 10-15 minutes per day. Do a guided meditation with the help of YouTube.

Do this for the next three to five days and I promise you it will make a difference to how you’re able to confront the issues you’re experiencing.

I feel the same. Some days are ok and other days I just feel really down. I’m trying to focus on all the positive things in my life.

Sometimes you have to focus on the small things that are positive. You have your family, you’re all healthy, you have a roof over your head and everything is okay

I feel the same. Just try and get a bit of sunshine ands a short walk everyday. Eat healthy nourishing food. Xx
