Just don’t block the pathway. Prams and wheelchairs shouldn’t be forced onto the road.

I'd rather a neighbour put them out the night before if possible. If you put them out really early you're kind of advertising you aren't home. Also if they go on a footpath it's annoying for people walking when it's not just one day. But if your only option is to put them out early (and they are too full to leave until next week) then do it.
