Feeling so down and overwhelmed

Answered 4 years ago

Anyone else? Mostly because my house is just one giant stomping ground for everyone and I can’t get out. My panic attacks are so frequent and feel so surreal 😢😢

I would recommend exercise. I know it’s the last thing you have time for but it well help you a lot. If you have little ones go to the park and play chasing. Get out in the fresh air and leave your worries behind for a little each day.

Its ok to feel overwhelmed at times. It’s ok to ask for help. Get yourself to the GP if you are feeling like you aren’t coping and get a mental health plan.
