My step son was given a car with free 12 mth rego and comphrensive insurance only for a year
He hates the car
It’s a Camry 2002 red and he said it’s an embarrassment to drive

Ask him for the keys to check the mileage as you are getting ready to sell it. Tell him that’s since it is an embarrassment he can buy his own!

My Mum didn't have a choice I left home at 16 😂
Not still with him but we were together for 12 years and had 4 kids together. He did end up getting off the drugs when our first was born but it had screwed with his brain and he had major anger problems which led to him being abusive throughout our relationship.

I paid for my 1st car. A little hyundai excel and I paid $200 for it. It's a great little car but I had to sell it when I had kids cause it wasn't big enough to fit car seats in. My brother has it now and he loves it as well.

I was given one but I was the 3rd generation to have it. It was originally my grandparents car, they passed it to my mother when they got a new one. She drove it for a few years, got herself a new one and gave the old one to me. Drove it for years until the wheels literally fell off.

I got my brothers old '91 commodore for free when he bought our parents commodore. Had it for 3 years, then bought my parents car that they'd leased. I had no issues having an old car, was grateful to have it.

It was bought for me. It cost $500. But on road costs were mine. Plus all the constant repairs it needed. . A Datsun 12yb . Piece of crap was always breaking down. I ended up getting rid of it and buying something better.

I paid for it! My parents told me they will give me an 18th or $1500 towards a car. I started working when I was 14, 9 months so I saved $3,500 myself and got my Hyundai Excel and my parents gave me a party.

I will take that car from your ungrateful stepson. I had to buy my own and couldn’t afford one until I was 20. Tho it was a joint car with my husband and he had early morning starts while I did days so I bussed it until we could afford another when I was 26. Tell him to buy his own if he doesn’t like the one he was given.
