Do I bother shaving my underarms? Nah, I’ll be wearing a jumper all day, no one will be looking at my underarms. But what if it gets hot and I have to take off my jumper? So much crap goes through my mind. Stuff that happened to me when I was a kid. Things I wish I had the guts to say to people. I make up scenarios eg, me winning the lotto. I think about karma finally getting those that have done me or my kids wrong, eg, hoping the Wanna be basketball super star kids Mum finds out he’s on drugs after he collapses on court and blood tests reveal his drug use. Weird thing is, it happens to me too when I’m washing dishes. It’s like water has some sort of effect on my brain. I never think about these things during the course of my day.

I just relax, i just tune my brain out and think about how each part of my body is selling. Under the warm water. How nice it feels to wash away the day's dirt and cloud. It's a zone to chill. Sometimes I do waste water but it honesty saves my soul.
