This is horrific! All that is involved in this should be jailed! The carer especially! Funding should be stripped from that company and given to companies that actually care! And how can the neighbours not step in or at least check in? It really boggles the mind!

It is not the neighbor’s responsibility. I honestly don’t know all of my neighbors and if one was disabled I do not have time to check up on them. I know that sounds terrible but it s a fact of life. Perhaps she should have been institutionalized instead in an aged care facility.

It’s a fact younger disabled people then 54, are in aged care facilities sad but true.

Better to be around old people doing activities and seeing people than to be always alone at home stuck in that cane chair.

It’s easy follow the money who ever was paid to look after her should go to gaol. If it was a company the directors should go as well as who was assigned to look after her.

Yes I think this is sound advice. All the middle men and people not checking it should be punished.. it just sucks that they companies can easily go bankrupt and just reopen under a different name.. It’s just typical big business . RIP

It doesn't surprise me. After being involved with the NDIS for 18 months (for my son) I've been sickened by the disgusting grab for money by some providers, compared to when I paid for it myself.
