Freezer cooking

Today I am making a big batch of chicken and meat party pies now do I Cook them all in the oven and freeze or cook the meat, assemble and freeze and cook when needed?

Hmm maybe you can do cook half then freeze, and freeze half uncooked to cook later, and see what you prefer for the next time

I would cook completely, cool then freeze. Then just reheat when needed.

if I had room in the freezer I would make them up first and freeze them for the sake of convienience.

I would part bake the bottom crusts for 8-10 mins so they don't get soggy, fill with prepared filling, top with raw dough and freeze. Frozen fully cooked, the crust won't be as crisp and my over brown when reheating. This is how i do fruit pies for holidays
