Do you always wear your wedding ring? I only wear mine if I remember to put it on when I go out. I had someone tell me it was weird. Do you think it is? I don't 🙄

I get dermatitis underneath them - I take them off when I go to bed

Me too, it gets so itchy underneath them. I also get dermatitis on other parts of my hands and it’s definitely seasonal being worse in winter when my hands get so dry. I go for weeks at a time without wearing my rings.

I haven’t worn mine for weeks. Took it off to do a dirty job like making meatballs or something mundane and have just forgotten to put it back on. Hubby takes his off at night and half the time forgets to put it back on before he leaves for work. I don’t have an issue with it.

I only take mine off when working with something messy like bread dough or mince. They are your rings. Wear them, don’t wear them. It is nobody else’s business.

I stopped wearing my engagement ring when I started doing nightfill work because the stones kept getting caught on the shelves. My house got broken into and it was stolen. The insurance assessor didn’t believe me and accused me of trying to fraudently claim something. He said really rudely that he has never known a woman to not wear their wedding and engagement rings. Questioned me over and over about it trying to catch me out. He was such an arsehole. Changed insurance company after that.

I don't wear mine all the time either. With my work and chores on the farm at home, I'm afraid of destroying it. I only put it in when I go to town(if I remember) or when I go out. I haven't had anyone comment if Imnot wearing it.....yet 😊

I never take mine off. I made sure I had a wedding ring that was just a plain ring so I wouldn't need to take it off all the time if i was gardening or cooking. No diamonds, saved that for my engagement ring. If i took it off all the time I'd lose it for sure.

I'm the same, only put my rings on if I'm getting dressed up and going out, if I remember (and I mean out like a girls dinner or a wedding, not out like shopping). My husband doesn't wear his either (he used to wear it to work then take it off when he came home but got out of the habit and isn't bothered with it now). Neither of us care that we don't wear our rings, we know we are married.

Never wear mine!!! Ever. I had our wedding date tattood on the finger instead. I find they get in the way, I have a big diamond (no I'm not bragging, trying to describe) and it sits very high, princess cut so it's a big square and I'm so scared I will knock it or lose it etc. It gets caught on things etc. If we have something special on I wear them but not just for home.

Me too. Well I haven’t worn mine in many years after I had my first child it just didn’t fit. Fat pregnancy fingers! And I never got around to resizing it. But before that when I did wear it it sounds similar to yours and I would knock it on things constantly. Once I just knocked it when. My hands were under the table and it bent the claw and I had to get it fixed

Take them off when Im cooking , cleaning, gardening. Not everyone who a married likes to wear their ring for whatever reason. Not common, especially for women but not weird.

Yeah I only ever take it off to shower or when I'm making meatloaf/meatballs/koftas (any kind of dough/food that would get caught up under it).
