If you can't / won't fence your property - call animal control (council or rspca).

My neighbours dogs mauled my guineapigs and although I didn't manage to take photos of the mauling, I got photos of them in my yard several times, submitted to the ranger, who was really great and got them fined with about?$1500 worth of dog related infringements! I wouldn't have been so mad but they didn't even apologise or offer to replace the kids pets.

I used to have these people who lived across the road and they were constantly taking pictures of my kids while they were playing out the front but purposely leaving me out of the frame and sending them to my ex who then would take them to FACs. A great bit of karma was their 2 dogs got out of their yard and broke the latch to get in to my yard with my dogs. Who are all trained hunters. So not only did they have over $5000 in vet bills, they copped a $1500 per dog nuisance dog fine because it was the 3rd time their dogs had got out and the council had to come and collect them, a $2000 per dog dangerous dog fine, because they got in my yard and attacked my dogs and then a police officer, they had to pay $500 for my boy to get stitches and antibiotics and they have been told if their dogs get out again they will be PTS. I feel terrible for the dogs, but the fact that after causing me so much trouble they then had to go through all of that made me happy lol

We had a dog come into out yard & kill one of our chickens. We called the council & they didn't do anything because the owners said they were moving out of the area. I wanted to dick punch them.

Is it legal to shoot them with those toy nerf guns? I have cats that come into my property and drives me bonkers. Why people get animals and can’t contain them makes me livid

Is it a regular occurrence and what exactly does the dog do when it's on your property?

That sucks. You'll need to call your local council and find out what your rights are. It could be illegal if you took matters into your own hands. Good luck x
