Pregnant and sore (and struggling to ‘slow fown’)

Answered 5 years ago

I’m only 26 weeks pregnant but apparently I’m having a big baby.
I’m already sore and feeling heavy. I feel that I can’t do much without needing to have a rest and I’m struggling with the slower pace.
I work in a reasonably active job and was hoping to work up to 36 weeks but I’m already struggling.
Any advice?

If you can start cutting down your work, perhaps a monday or friday off every week till your 36th week, that will give you 3 full days to recover, rest and heal each week and may be the difference between making the 36 week mark or throwing in the towel earlier then you planned. Good luck xx

Im not sure what they are called, a back brace (maybe?) one of those stretchy support bands you can wrap around your pelvic area, you can get them at pharmacies and Physios usually have them too, i used one and it was amazing the relief it gave me, helped with pain, stamina everything..xxx Stay strong Mumma ❤️
