Body Odour

Errr.. I wear deodorant (rexona) and haven’t chnged it for years. but have started to notice myself smelling! What deodorant have you had success with? Or any natural/ different types that are worth a try? (Lush shop has different types of deodorants if anyone’s tried them??)

Try liquid chlorophyll. I take it for other reasons but on the bottle it says it reduces body oder.

 Interesting!! Thanks!

I used to have to change my deodorant every few years for this reason. about a year ago, I gave No Pong a go. I’m still using it, and it lives up to it’s name, I do not pong! I highly recommend it! Hopefully I’ll never have to switch from my No Pong.

For some it works for me it didn't 😑

I have the same issue with deodorant. I use mitchum. Also put baking soda into a paste under your arms and let it dry then wash off in the shower.

 Mitchum here too

At least you can smell yourself. I wonder how people with really bad BO don't smell themselves.

Yeah that’s true! Or maybe they’re too embarrassed or just don’t know what to do (like me! Would never have asked otherwise!) so maybe they do know they smell just can’t figure out how to get rid of the problem!?

Coffee and alcohol makes you sweat more which sucks lots of people don't know that

Also using Palmolive Gold soap is helpful as it includes deodorant protection.

Rexona clinical protection is the only one I can use. It’s helped my teen son as well, he always had terrible bo until I switched him.

Thanks! Good to hear it worked for your son also. Will def give it a go :)
