I never make resolutions but there is 2 things I want to accomplish in 2019. I want to stop biting my nails and I want to do more things for myself - I’ve let myself go and it’s affecting every area of my life.

To walk more, instead of using the car. I used to live in a little village where you relied on a car for everything and I have just gotten lazy. Now we have moved and everything is either a walk or bike ride away.
My son and I have promised to go for a bike ride every afternoon so starting it before New Years.

I am going to run 1000km in 2019, all running no commutes or walks. Complete two half marathons and aim to be running at least two 10km or longer runs per week by mid year
I will lose 15kg
Organise my days off better so I keep on top of things around the house

1. Get a licence before my next birthday
2. Recycle better
3. Kiss my husband more

I tend to only make minor resolutions at new years. Things like "find a red lipstick that looks nice" or "eat less bread". That type of thing, they're easy to keep and not devastating if I drop off. This year I need to get a licence though, which means I'll have to get over my anxiety and just get behind the damn wheel. I turn 30 in December and I refuse to not have a licence by then.

I am going to lose 10 kgs and get back in the work force. It’s less a New Years resolution and more getting myself where I want to be before I hit 40 in 2 years.

No I don’t make them. I do make resolutions during the year though..... like losing weight. Saving money etc. I’m more successful making them during the year because I am doing it when Im ready and I can take the time I need to action it, not when I might feel obliged (eg new year).
