I have a 1 year old, 2 year old and a 4 year old. When they nap, I paint or draw. It’s the only thing I do for myself. It helps me relax

I go back to bed once the kids are at school - because I can.

What’s kid free😂
Between 2 full time working parents, everyday tasks like cleaning cooking etc and spending time with 3 kids carting them around to wherever they need to be
I have my kid free time when I’m asleep 😂😂😂

I work, either from home or in the office. Otherwise, I clean and tidy and run errands (including personal ones like the hairdresser).

Clean the house, prepare dinner, might meet a friend for lunch some times. Watch a movie. Have a bath. It all depends on the day and what I feel like haha

I’m never kid free either. And I work with children in a day care centre. So really no kid free time except when I’m driving to/fro work to pick up the kids! ♥️

My kids are teenagers so they're pretty low maintenance. I can do most things even when they're around

I have 3 school days kid free.. Usually I do groceries, clean, errands & take care of everything from finances to car maintenance, school/sports/my son's NDIS plan & therapies & ANYTHING else that comes up. It's a huge mental load as DH helps with none of it.

I always make a bit of 'me' time to read or watch my fave shows because I get up to get stuff done before everyone else & am still doing things long after kids go to bed. DH sleeps in on weekends & goes away regularly for work or hobby stuff so I feel justified in taking that bit of time for myself.

I do housework and run errands. If dr phil is good I’ll watch him for an hour then back to boring stuff. I scroll on here or fb while I’m eating lunch.

Monday and Tuesday I go to uni, study at home, clean the house, prepare dinner, do the laundry etc.
Wednesday and Thursday I work.
Friday I have a home day - basically catch up on housework. Do some more study and I have a weekly study session at my house in the afternoon. On Friday’s my kids get picked up from school/daycare by their grandparents and we pick them up from their house after dinner.
