Go and get tested for sleep apnea. It can kill you.

I highly doubt it’s that. Snoring would be my only “symptom” but that’s anyways

Snoring is an obstruction of your airway. The longer and louder a person snores the greater risk of stroke. Heart disease — Snoring and sleep apnea have been linked to cardiovascular problems such as high blood pressure and coronary artery disease.

People dismiss snoring like it's nothing to worry about, they are wrong.

Thankyou iv just had echocardiogram for an unrelated reason and everything is really strong no issues at all, my blood tests all come back perfect, I also see a naturopath and everything is spot on now after some hormone imbalances after my kids, my blood pressure is always “text book” whenever I get it checked.
I’m physically fit as a fiddle , minus the extra weight, but by extra weight I mean iv gone from a 6 to and 8-10. But I have snored since I was a kid. I had terrible tonsillitis growing up and hoped it would stop when I got them out at 17, but it’s gotten really bad since iv started getting full night sleeps again (after about 7 years interupted)

Thanks but I truely don’t think that’s it.

I wish!!! My first husband had an operation done to stop his snoring. For 6 months he squeaked, then back to snoring until the roof came off!!! Tried the "special" pillow, no good. My second husband snores, moans, gulps and is driving me nuts. I push him at first, and they get harder and harder. Until I kick him and make turn around. I sometimes snore, I wake myself up. I don't think any gadgets work!!!

My husband lost a bit of weight and it has really helped. He’s not even overweight. Occasionally he snores and I just kick him really hard and he shuts up.

Go see an orofacial myologist. They’ll look at how you breathe and help train you into nose breathing. Myself and my kids were all mouth breathers and since we’ve seen out OM we all snore less and sleep better. So much better.

Never heard of that I’ll look into it thanks. Funny enough I sleep amazing. I’m dead to the world. 4 or 5 of the 8 hours I sleep would be deep sleep, I can’t sleep longer than 8 hours as I get groggy and tired from to much rest. I fall asleep withing 20 minutes , usually within 10.
Hubby recently told me my snoring has gotten really bad (iv always snores)
I’ll look into that thanks
