Today my kids (both in highschool) lunch boxes included homemade popcorn chicken, carrot and cucumber sticks, cheese, cut up fig/ apricot/ passionfruit and orange, pretzels and overnight oats.

Cheese, carrot and twiggy stick all chopped up and chucked into a small container. A yoghurt, a sanga, a popper and a packet of chips

Chopped fruit, veggie sticks, wholemeal sandwich with cheese or lean meat, small amount of sultanas or crackers and a home baked item like a mini muffin.
