I have a buddy now at work ( on a 10 min break now ) she’s annoying
She’s loud and gives me suggestions how to do my job which I been in for 25 years
She’s 23 and thinks she knows everything about my job and about life
Sweetheart I am 55 and fuck off

We have a buddy system to train new staff, but they only get one or two shifts, it's really setting them up to fail! But some buddys are over opinionated turds and it makes you want to strangle them 😂
