I can't tolerate lots of oil. As soon as I eat something oily I'm on the toilet with bad diarrhoea. And I mean like 2 mins after I have to run.

I had mine removed about 18 months ago and have found that now it's gone I can eat whatever I want.Everyone's different I suppose,I'd say it's you learn after awhile yourself what you can and cannot eat.

My Mum has- she pretty much can’t eat anything that has been cooked with any amount of oil- goes straight through her. Mince, sausages etc all a big no. I have childhood memories of us going to McDonald’s and Mum not making it to the toilet on the way home. She pretty much lives on turkey mince and chicken breast now.
