I ordered Chrisco once many years ago. I won a prize for ordering my hamper making it very good value. The prize was a decent sized food hamper. So I ordered one of their cheapest hampers and had won a large food hamper to go with it :) I don't do it now as I've married since then and my hubby is focused on value for money but I loved that it made it much easier nearer Christmas.

I wouldnt risk any stuff ups so close to christmas. Instead, when I do my weekly shop I add a $20 gift card to my groceries. By the end of the year i dont have to worry about finding the money 🌲

If you're on a budget and you know that you can afford $11 a week but you know that if you tried to save it yourself, you'd end up spending it or putting it towards other things you need, then Crisco is helpful. The money comes out, you can choose the day, might be pay day or the next day etc, and you don't need to think about it, then bam end of November all your stuff arrives and you're set!
Only one time I had an issue with an item that the delivery company claimed I'd signed for, but I had not received, and chrisco ended up having to resend the same item and it was another 2/3 weeks wait. But that was more with the delivery company. Used since 2010 never had any other issues!

Prepaid Christmas organisation for lazy people. It's cheaper to do it yourself if you're smart about it. Put an allocated amount into your own xmas fund every month, write a list, look for products on sale, put in xmas box until xmas.

Of course it will be cheaper if you do it yourself. You pay for the convenience, which is worth it to some people.

Who cares if people are lazy or not. You do it your way, they'll do it theirs.

definitely good for lazy people with limited self control, like myself.
It's also how I get my children's Chrissie presents, because I know if I saved $1200 for a Samsung for my 15 year old, and my husband knew I had $1200 put away, he'd purposely break something and need that money or do something to sabotage it. Because yes he's a jerk with a compulsive shopping addiction.
It works out slightly more for your item, so you have to look around and see if it'll be worth it or if you can buy that item significantly cheaper.
I don't Do the food hampers anymore as it works out cheaper at the shop for what I will use, but I used to and it was nice having a huge delivery to stock my pantry and freezer up with.
