I have moved a few times but I always call a few high rated agencies and get them to come to the house, quote and chat about their inclusions and what the extra cost. We have a cleaner come Monday and Friday every week. I have always used an agency that police checks, can provide wwc checks and has insurance. The benefit of an agency is if your regular cleaner is sick they send another ... but I have always made it clear we like the same ladies and thankfully for the last three years that’s what we have gotten. We have one lady who is just amazing and she will come and also do the gardening once every 3 weeks and will occasionally cook a meal if I am working an afternoon and can’t get home .... I pay her directly cash for those. The rest gets paid through the agency.
