I put my head back and close my eyes

I think its a good time to put down the distractions and focus on bub.
Look at them. Make eye contact. Breathe them in.
Take the time to just be, together.
I'm so glad i didnt have a 'smart' phone when i was breastfeeding. Being in technological Dark ages gave me those precious times breastfeeding that I'll treasure forever.

I found games on my phone to play whilst feeding. Especially in the early days. I played a lot of card games, matching games (like mahjong).
Like you said browsing through your phone gets boring and unless you find a good show to watch it can be quite boring.
