No. There's too much risk & no insurance will help you now. We're cancelling a Japan trip next month, probably losing 3-6k because logistics are too unstable & everything is shut down. Cancelled flights, forced quarrantine - plus it's difficult to enjoy places when you can't really experience them.
FYI - if it's south Pacific some countries are refusing cruise ships entry.

Not a cruise. No cheap tickets would be worth the risk of isolation in a tiny cabin for at least 2 weeks if there an outbreak
