I used to but when I had my first child 18 years ago I once picked her up ready for her bath and my watch scratched her all down her back. She screamed so bad. I took my watch off and threw it in the bin and have never worn one again.

Plus I only have my phone on me periodically and sometimes I leave it at home the entire day.
I’m that friend that never answere their phone and texts you at 8:00 once my kids are in bed and iv tidied up. Lol

No. I used to when working in aged care so I could keep a close eye on the time, but once I stopped work I don't, I just use my phone.

Fitbit. Mainly so it alerts me when my phone is ringing and for alarms, fitness stuff etc.
