Would you have quiet sex for 530 a week?

So we have a rental on our new house which essentially turns our house into a duplex on acridge .
We have a duel living house aand hubby is second guess song renting out the other side , BECAUSE we would have to be too quiet with sex. And couldn’t have on balconies in pool in yard ect.
I’m saying it’s ridiculous.
He’s saying it’s a big deal. Our bedroom literally is the furthest room too.
I’m beyond angry and trying to see his point of veiw.
Does loud and free sex mean that much to anyone to forfeit that much money every week?

Tell him its an opportunity to explore a more adventurous sex life.

We have fairly quiet sex anyway. Plus I don't want to wake up the kids haha. You could put a voice recorder in the other house, do your thing, then listen back to see if it picked up anything.
