Who is well and truly over this isolation due to the virus? I know it's necessary and I'm not going anywhere but I am getting really cranky, irritable and miserable. Anyone else feeling the same?

I don’t like the isolation but I am enjoying it. I’ve allowed my children to create their own fun. They can make a mess and I have the time to clean it with them. We’ve had a great time exploring the depths of our imaginations to keep busy. The only thing I’m finding hard is not being able to see family and friends in person, but I know that doing it is what is needed and that creates some comfort. This has given me time to reflect and reevaluate what is really important to us. Once all of this is over we are going to see families appreciating each other more, friends making more time to catch up, children coming up with some amazing ideas to entertain themselves with little else needed. Who knows what sort of great things these little minds we are moulding come out with when they are older because they had to be bored and make use of their imagination. We are only limited by our thoughts.

Nope - I want for the longest walk today to the beach, along it and then back.
Loving working from home and seeing the kids and husband everyday. I don’t want to work back at the office, even though we have an amazing view and my colleagues are great.
Hoping to catch up with my best friend to ride a bike and the house has never been cleaner. The kids are helping clean and cook - it’s the best.
