A young girl ( about ten years old) accidently punched me coz he brother ducked ( he was about 8) . It didn’t hurt but I gave her the death stare and grabbed at my stomach. They were too old to be mucking around in the shops like that. Each time I bumped into the family in the aisle the girl would hide behind her mum and look really guilty. The boy was still being a shithead. The mum saw what happened and didn’t even apologise or tell them off, she was letting them go nuts.

It really depends on the setting. If we’re in one of the more family friendly restaurants (the ones with nice big playgrounds) they are allowed to in the playground but not around other diners. If we go to one of the nicer sit down sort of restaurants they are to sit and converse. I always loved walking into nice restaurants with 3 children aged from 2-7 and watching people’s face drop only for them to sit and be more quiet than 90% of the adults in there. Now they are older people tend to not look as horrified 😂

Depends really. 9/10 I will keep them controlled and acting like normal human beings. The other 1/10 I'll be running on no sleep, probably in pain from an endo flair up and I'm sick of them trashing the house so I just let them go. And even then they are still more behaved than a lot of other kids in our town 🤷‍♀️
