has anyone been caught straying ? Sorry same question as the first one vanished ?

We had people over one night and some stayed the night. My husband and some others went to bed but I stayed up with another man and didn’t go to bed until almost sun rise and think I was caught ? Has anyone else done something like this ?

Yes I got caught but I was in a full blown affair.

Sorry for asking but I’m a bit intrigued? Why did you have an affair and how did you get caught?
I’m just old fashioned maybe but I’m married and that’s who I stay with, yes there are always ups and downs but the ups are always bigger and better and long last than a little inconsequential down moment !

My why is complicated but in short I lost my self esteem and we had major communication problems and weren’t meeting each other’s needs.
I got caught because I put my affair partner before my husband. All it took then was one message to come through when I became complacent.

I was ringing and texting a man and my husband looked at our phone bill? He didn’t say anything but yes I was caught out and I am very ashamed of doing it to the point I can hardly look him in the eye anymore I feel so dreadful

The only time I get caught straying is stealing an extra piece of cheesecake. Probably what you should do rather than mess around with friends while you’re married.
