I actually think Meal Delivery Services might be cheaper than my weekly shop!

Answered 4 years ago

Youfoodz is only like $3.50 per head or something - so much cheaper than what I can shop for.,.. I'm coming around to thinking that these might be a cheaper and easier way to go. Anyone save money by using them?

Not for us I like to use them for new meal inspiration.
But I find if I incorporate those meals into our shop it works out to be way cheaper.
But my weekly shop is on between $100 and $180 so meal services blow our food shop way out. And sometimes I won’t get round to cooking a meal so it goes to waste and we only get 3 weekly.

Mine certainly is
We get hellofresh 5 - 6 nights and if I just get house crap and doggo food we save about $60-100 a week. Not to mention the waste save.
Food has been great too

I didn’t with HelloFresh - it ended up being more expensive!! Dinnerly is pretty good on a budget though. 👍
