I have had cold sores before (on my mouth) I’m really stressed at the moment. Could I have genital herpes from stress!!!

Herpes. STI not stress. Got em for life now. They might appear when you're stressed but they aren't from stress

I’ve never had them before! Only cold sores on my mouth. I’ve Been with the same person for the last 20 years…..could I have had them from 25 years ago and not known?? I’m stumped!!

If it is Herpes, it could have been dormant and your recent stress had brought on an attack. See a doctor asap to confirm.
