Just once when I was home with a migraine and the neighbors "music" was loud enough to feel like the windows were rattling. Police attended then knocked on my door to ask why I had a migraine. Smart-arses 😏

Yeah, I did, they were playing excessively loud music and playing drums in a shed with no insulation to dull the sound and it was all so loud that even with our windows and doors closed it was still deafening. I had a newborn baby at the time and a shift working husband and it was a nightmare, I called the Police Assistance Line to ask some advice and they sent the local cops around as it's illegal to make so much noise that it disturbs the peaceful enjoyment of others living near you. I felt like a narc but it was beyond ridiculous.

Not the police but I rang the council. My neighbour blasted his music from 9 am til midnight every weekday and until 2am on weekends. For 3 years. I was scared to approach him because he’s a druggie. I waited until new neighbours moved in so he wouldn’t think it was me who complained. I know that’s bad, but I was scared.

Not during the day but at night I have. They are a bunch of young girls. They were obviously having fun but it was 11Pm on a Tuesday and they were screeching, yelling and singing to their music that was so loud it was shaking my windows. I asked them to turn it down nicely as we were trying to sleep and they did for like a minute then turned it back up.

The cops came, told them to turn it down and kept it down and they actually did.
