Financial abuse is restricting people from accessing their money to control them or so you have control over the money. I see it everyday. Some people don't even realise it's happening to them.

Your situation here is fear of change. Not liking being forced into something new. Where my DM, who's 70, jumps in, my IL's, in early 60's, whinge bitterly & refuse. It's a choice, not abuse. You can't hold back progress forever!
