Ok so I hear your opinion, but where do you draw the line? Murderers do not get health care in prison but a petty thief does get health care because when they get out they will need to healthy ?

Prisoners receive basic health care in prison regardless of their crimes. There are doctors and nurses working in prisons with access to equipment and medicines . Specialist care is different though. Oncology is specialised.
