Mine is psychotic

She completely ruined a wedding of my partners cousin by getting involved with whether or not my partner or his ex wife was taking their children. Neither was and that was fine with all concerned. She rang up and abused the bride. Then she abused me because she said I was making my partner not take his kids - not true.

She has also lied about having cancer multiple times and is a total attention seeker writing vague Facebook posts about being checked into the hospital again and again

Mine is just a selfish bitch. Probably because she was raised by an equally toxic mother. She ruined my wedding multiple ways, continually put me down, openly ignores me if it suits her and still thinks we get along! It's never crossed her mind that she did anything wrong. Then again, she ruined her own wedding & thinks that's not her fault either.

She chats to DH like they're close, on the rare occasion we have to see her. He hates her so much I can almost see him grinding his teeth while he smiles to avoid conflict. She's just done too much too hurt him. It shocks me she's never figured out how much she hurts people & that it's not ok.

Mine is a nice person but seems a bit paranoid. Barely lets kids play outside as they might get cold / hot / sunburn/ bitten / grass rash or something. Im the opposite style of parent, very relaxed about most things and couldnt care if my kids get dirty playing in mud. So its weird, we get along but we are too different to be close.

Tried to organise the family the day she was introduced into the family.
It went down hill from there with her for some of us. Yet a few still think the sun shines out her arse.

Well I have known mine for 6 years now she makes no effort you are the one who has to do all the talking there is no conversation flow, she is wrapped up in her own world and dosent give 2 hoots about us. We are looked down upon as not good enough it give me the shits. It bothers me I can’t get along with her as I make a huge effort and every time we see her which is only about 6 times a year or so I go away feeling annoyed and irritated

The worst thing my sister in law has done to me is .... I can’t think of anything 😂. She is amazing. And not only is she great to all of us she also puts up with my brother and all of his quirks that would annoy the hell out of me. If I could write a list of everything she has done for us then I would be here all day. I hope she knows how much I love and appreciate her presence in our lives. I couldn’t imagine anyone else in the world waking up at 5am to watch my kids so I could go have a baby then 3 days later bringing over dinner and telling me to enjoy a shower in peace.

Announced that she would be holding her wedding three weeks after we were relocating overseas.

Mine is just a selfish spoiled bitch.
But the worst thing would be she ignores my kids, doesn't text them back (kids messenger) we don't hear from her. It hurts my kids so it hurts me. She's too busy getting her box filled with random semen every weekend.

I'm not that close to either of mine and we don't live near each other. One is mid 20s she's loving the single life and is too busy for us (good for her, I enjoyed mine too so I don't begrudge her that) and the other has alot of issues emotional/alcohol and lives interstate.

I have five sister-in-laws. Can you imagine the stories!

Mine is an absolute nutter. Raised by a nutter, raising her kids the same way.. tragic all around.

Mine knew I hated mushrooms so she invited me and my now husband and their parents to dinner. She served up mushroom soup and then mushroom pie. She did so much worse to try and get rid of me but her brother and I have been happily married for 24 years now and I’m not going anywhere.

mine will ignore my achievements but make a huge deal about my husbands achievements (even when they are the same thing) and never bothers to ask me what is going on when I am dealing with stuff but I always check in with her.
Also opposite parenting styles and she likes to turn the smallest thing into a major drama.
I am getting less tolerant of it but just ignore it most of the time.

Mine is not very kind - she’s competitive and arrogant!!!
