Stress doesn’t usually get to me but when it does I become irrational , thoughtless and quick tempered. Which is the complete opposite to my typical rational, thistles and level headed self.

If it’s particularly stressful I do tend to resort to wine. But it works because I so rarely get stressed.
Long bike ride on the beach to, or a scolding hot shower. Or an ice bath. Depends on the stress hahaha

Exercise always helps me, even if it’s just a walk, with my music blaring in my ears.

Not very well hahahaha. If I'm at home and feeling a bit stressed/overwhelmed I love a hot shower. I sit down, play some music and just shut my eyes for 10 mins. That instantly calms me down.

Self care is so important. If you practice it regularly it will help you keep stress levels down. I exercise, play piano, walk with a friend, and learn languages, hot bath with scented candle and yoga music.
When not in Covid restrictions I regularly get nails, hair and eyelashes done and facials.

I have tried meditation on and off. It helps but I never stick to it. I also like being very organised to keep the pressure down.
