Covid is with us now, & we need to learn to live with it. Although, if the majority are vaccinated (if / where possible), before getting back to 'normal' pre-covid life, hospitals may be able to cope & less people will get sick or die.

It wouldn’t have helped, but any covid positive people who got it there won’t be admitting they were there. But there have been other events that contribute too, some illegal and some legal (like workplaces and childcare centres).
The covid positive people I know got it from their son’s preschool. It’s out in many parts of the community now, it’s going to be very difficult to get rid of.
Thank goodness this year we have a vaccine!
