My female neighbour took some sexy photos of my 16 year old daughter and her own daughter and put on Facebook

It's never appropriate for someone to post pictures of minors online without parental/guardian approval. I would tell (not ask) your neighbour to please take them down as your not comfortable with them and do explain your reasoning, and to not post any more pictures of your child without your express consent. I would also talk to your daughter about online safety and behaviours to be aware of in adults that are around her.

I don’t think that knocking out your neighbour and drowning her phone in the deepest part of the ocean after deleting the photos would be overreacting.

Can’t say. What was your reaction ? Are you asking... Is it inappropriate to do such a thing? Of course. Anyone be here telling you otherwise has serious issues.
