Yes you do. Even if you sold everything in your house that you'd already paid for, it's still income. Nothing will come of it but you best be on the safe side x

No.
If you were doing it for income there are still conditions of a business that you would need to fulfill before they would bother about it.
If you are selling to downsize, or use the proceeds to buy replacement items or anything else for your household, it does not classify as income.
The gov website or tax website has really good descriptions of what constitutes running a business, or doing it "to earn money".

Yes
