You're right. My father however is dead. I love celebrating the importance of fathers. I love helping my children show their love and appreciation to their dad on father's day. He's a wonderful father and I'm lucky we have a beautiful family together.
I hope one day you get to experience this.

My dad has passed away too but I like to show my hubby that I appreciate him as a father to our kids and to let him know that he is loved very much and we couldn't do life without him ❤

My husband is not interested in anything so I put together a parcel of all his favourite food and drinks. Otherwise you just feel unappreciated, seeing gifts sitting in the same bag six months later.

Aussie bloke stuff? What is that ?

The best gift out there you can give on Father’s Day is time. Quality family time. A breakfast, a picnic. Something enjoyable for all of you. To me that is way more important than a present.
