I don’t have self rising gluten free flour, shall I add a little baking powder to substitute? This sounds delicious!

Try it and let us know please. I’m coeliac and I find some flours work and some flours don’t. I’d try it in a normal bake but I don’t know if it’s that simple with gf flours. Good luck.
