Get a blood test. I dont trust pregnancy tests too many false positives, yes ladies they happen!

If you have a control line, you are reading the test within the time frame and the test line has colour, it’s positive. Wait a few days and do another test and hopefully the line will be darker

I always started off with faint lines. Wait until tomorrow morning and go first thing on a pregnancy test, hopefully it will give you a stronger positive. Good luck and congratulations!
