My husband works with people with disabilities and at the moment one client isn’t home for 3 weeks and hubby has to go to there in afternoon to do reports
Clients mum doesn’t want staff using clients toilet paper or air conditioner when client isn’t home

Gosh I havent heard of that one before. Is your husband employed through an agency? If so, he should direct the client's mum's request to the agency and let them sort it out.

How long does it take for your husband to do reports at the house?
If it's less than 20 mins, I think it's a perfectly reasonable request.
But if your husband is there for hours, then he should refuse to go there.

I have MS and i have some homecare and a domestic aid. They always double check that everything they do in my home is ok with me. Maybe she's worried about the power bill or the price of toilet paper. Who knows but it is the clients home so she gets to choose. As for hubby refusing to do reports, that's between him and the agency, not the client
