A lot of kids here and everywhere are suffering. Its their governments responsibility to look after their own. Lord knows ours isnt looking after us right now...

Yet she with unvaccinated kids will never suffer the same loss as those in Samoa.
Maybe because she’s living in a country where majority vaccinate so less chance her unvaccinated kids will catch it

That's sad. Isn't half of Samoa an American territory though? And didn't the Australian Navy just do a big aide mission to one of those island nations though? Seems like between the US, Australia, and NZ (their largest and wealthiest allies), we could rustle up some measles shots for the kids.
I'd donate money to that. Measles sucks. I had rubella as a kid it was fucking bullshit. And that's not even the same thing. I can only imagine how much more awful measles is.

The Samoa Ministry of Health confirmed 243 more cases had been recorded in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 2437 on Tuesday just gone.

Of those, 44 cases were babies aged 11 months old and younger.
