Answered 4 years ago

Do you get jealous that childless women have freedom ?
My best friend doesn’t want kids and goes to concerts inc interstate.

She can sleep in and eat when she wants and do what she wants

This year for Christmas new year she’s going to Switzerland

I won't lie. SOMETIMES I am jealous. When I've had a bad day, or I'm tired I wish I could have a week to not worry about anyone else. But I would never not want my children for ever. If that makes sense haha I'll wait to be hammered over my comment. Bring it.

I'm the same, sure sometimes I wish I could just do whatever I want, whenever I want, but I wouldn't wish my children away to make it happen.

No because I’ve done all that, and I’m at a different stage of my life now. I have a friend who has no kids and now she is a certain age she never will. She does all those things you’re jealous of but she is always telling me how lucky I am. The grass is not always greener.

No, it's such a short percentage of my life enjoying the childhood of my children, they're quickly heading towards independence.
